Soffit Returns

Barrel Tile Roof Gaps

Roof-to-Wall Junctions

Mortar / Hydraulic Cement

Bird Netting

Steel Wool
Effective as a temporary measure but rusts quickly in Florida's humidity. Not a permanent solution — must be followed by proper sealing.
Spray Foam (open-cell / expanding foam insulation)
Open-cell foam is too soft. Bats will compress and push through it, especially at entry points they have used repeatedly. Closed-cell only.
Fiberglass Insulation
